Meet George, Keith, and Taylor - the dedicated team who are the beating heart of Dragos Capital. Inspired by a shared passion for business and a steadfast commitment to community, their journey has woven a rich tapestry of diverse professional experiences, mutual respect, and a shared vision for the future of local businesses.

George and Keith, college friends from the University at Buffalo, embarked on their careers in the city they love, after earning their degrees in business administration. 

​

​Taylor joined the team, armed with a wealth of expertise in private and public equity investments. A pivotal former sports, entertainment, merchandising and family office executive, Taylor's professional journey is marked by extensive experience in business management, investment strategy, and a role in the finance services and other industries. 

​

George, a gifted banker, hones his acumen from five enriching years at M&T Bank, where he held numerous roles within the risk division. He brings a deep understanding of the financial industry and a love for tennis, an ode to his college days.

​

Keith, an innate leader, spent five years at Life Storage, managing a portfolio of self-storage facilities. Most recently as Director of Acquisition, acquiring properties throughout the country, Keith's contributions extended beyond conventional management duties. He played a pivotal role in elevating the revenue management department, exhibiting expertise in pricing strategies, data analytics, reporting, and budgeting.

His keen business acumen was instrumental in driving revenue growth and optimizing operational efficiency. In addition, Keith was also deeply involved with the business development team. His collaboration in underwriting and evaluating potential sites across various footprints was invaluable in guiding the company's strategic expansion and ensuring its continued prosperity. As a Marine veteran, he embraced the values of discipline and resilience, infusing them into every aspect of his management style, and achieving an outstanding track record of success.

 

Together, they decided to elevate their career trajectories by pursuing a collective dream - owning a business. Their ideal enterprise is one that is profitable with a robust management team in place and within an industry they are passionate about. With their impressive skills and unwavering commitment to success, they are confident in their abilities to nurture and grow their business venture.
