We acquire triple-net lease properties, self-storage facilities, and strategic commercial assets backed by strong credit tenants. Our real estate portfolio is anchored by long-term leases with national tenants, delivering stable income and long-term appreciation.
Partnerships & Co-Investing
We partner with 1031 exchange investors, real estate groups, and long-term capital partners to deploy capital into credit-tenant properties and operating businesses. Our alignment is with patient capital and experienced operators.

Dragos Capital is led by three managing partners with complementary backgrounds across finance, acquisitions, and operations. Based in Buffalo, NY, the team brings decades of experience investing in and operating businesses and real estate.
